Return Policy:
Should any product purchased from writeonandmore.com fail to meet your expectations, simply return it prepaid and insured with proof of purchase within 10 days of receipt if in original condition and in original packaging. We will replace it, refund the cost of the item less shipping and service fees, or credit your credit card. If you are returning a product you received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item of equal value or for a gift certificate of equal value.
How do I return something?
The item should be shipped to Write On and More via UPS, Fed-EX or USPS in its original condition and packaging accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy). We will not accept any used merchandise. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the purchaser.
Returns need to be packed securely and insured for the full price of the item and shipped to the following address:Write On and More Returns 1423 1st Street Sarasota, FL 34236.
If the product is defective, we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up from you. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Once the return is received we will e-mail you confirmation of the return.
What is your return policy regarding sale items?
All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Promotional discounts do not apply to sale items.

Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.A.?
Please send us an email: customerservice@writeonandmore.com for the shipping rates and fees that will apply to all international orders.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in FLORIDA. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
What Credit Cards to you Accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card.
Can Items be Gift Wrapped? At Write On and More, we believe in the "luxuries of everyday living." Now that you have found the perfect gift , we will carefully place it and send in a Write On custom champagne or green colored box with a beautiful hand-tied satin ribbon (holiday ribbon is a festive red). We will also gladly print your gift note on a card and attach it to your item. Unfortunately, gift boxes may not be available for some over-sized items. We do not offer gift wrapping of the boxes.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Standard delivery items should be received within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.
Overnight & Express Shipping
All orders requiring overnight or express shipping must be placed by 4:00pm EST.
All prices are in U. S. dollars.
